You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
By registering for courses through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If You wish to register for a course available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.
You agree that we may process your registration as described and that we may share this information with partners if necessary, for processing your registration or holding the course. If the course is a certified course, then your data must be forwarded to the Certifying Body for certification.
We will not sell or otherwise misuse your data. It will only be used for registration and for keeping you up to date on workshops. By signing up to a course you agree to be added to our mailing list, this is used initially to provide you with course joining information, and afterwards to keep you informed with information from the community and upcoming events. If you wish to unsubscribe, please do so using the facility on the email.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
You will be entitled to a refund of fees paid to Us in the event of a cancellation or any change to the course date, but shall not otherwise be entitled to compensation or costs or damages arising from such a cancellation or change. We will do our best to accommodate delegates on to a suitable alternative course/date.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order without refund if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Cancellation by You
Cancellation is possible up to 28 days before the start of a programme without cost. For cancellation requests received between 14 and 28 days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the start of the programme, the full programme fee is due independent of whether the registered person takes part in the programme or not. Participants can be substituted without charge.

Cancellation/Refund when course purchase is made from reed.co.uk/courses
Cancellation/Refund is possible within 14 days of the start date of the programme without cost. Transfer is possible up to 14 days before the start of a course without cost. After that point, no transfers will be allowed (other than in exceptional circumstances) and the full course fees will be forfeited.

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Courses. The Courses available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Courses on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
All Courses purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.
In no event shall the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes, inclement weather and communications or computer (software and hardware) services, it being understood that the Company shall use reasonable best efforts which are consistent with accepted practices as a training provider to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
